STELLUM8 ApS (Denmark) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what the SoundFling app and website do — and do not — collect.
1. The app collects no personal data
SoundFling processes and streams audio entirely on your local network. Your audio never leaves your home, is never sent to us, and is never stored on any server. SoundFling does not require an account.
2. License validation
When you activate a paid license, your license key is validated. This involves your key and a minimal technical token to enforce the two-device limit. We do not build a profile of you from this.
3. Website analytics
This website uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (such as page views). We do not sell your data or use it for cross-site advertising.
4. Diagnostic reports
If you use Help → Send diagnostic report, a network diagnosis is generated. It is shown to you first and only sent to support with your explicit consent, solely to resolve your support case.
5. Your GDPR rights
As an EU-based company, we respect your rights to access, correct, and erase any personal data we hold (such as a support email thread). Contact support@soundfling.com to exercise these rights.
6. Payments
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Your payment details are processed by them under their own privacy policy; we never see your full card information.
